Cinema Under the Stars

Matt & I joined Jeph & Amy tonight for Dallas Arboretum's annual Picnic in the Park. We packed dinner from Central Market and migrated around the lawn for the best cinema under the stars spot as we listened to The Dallas Wind Symphony concert. Following the concert, we settled in for THE PRINCESS BRIDE. :o)

Dinner w/ The Breens

We headed out to the suburbs of Flower Mound this eve to share dinner & fellowship with The Breens. What an amazing family! Matt met them while we were camp counselors at Allaso Ranch and knowing them has been an incredible blessing.

Soums Visit

Soumya is in town visiting this weekend! We met up with Berger for dinner at Villa-O & lived it up across town making stops at Casa Bergs, Lift Lounge and others that will remain nameless ;o).

Work World

Just wanted to pause today to say I'm grateful for my career as a Sr. Strategic Planner at TracyLocke. Here's a pic of the entrance to our planning area on the 23rd floor :o)

Shopping Sails, Sparklies & Celebrating Ken

Started the day with a little time "house" shopping before visiting Kelly & sweet baby Nico while browsing a few sparklie designs at Pampillonia.
Ken took center stage this evening as we went out to celebrate his birthday over dinner at Blue Mesa and a personalized Pavlov's Dogs comedy show at Pocket Sandwich Theater.

Fun Friday

Enjoyed a tasty lunch with Max and TM friends at Stephen Pyles and then wrapped up the day with some patio time with Matt at Sangria and Little Katana. I'm due for a little dining out detox :o)

Catching up with Kristin

Keeping with the friendly dining visits trend this week, I spent time visiting with Kristin tonight over dinner at Alo and the movie, Henry Poole is Here. Terrific company, exceptional food and a great movie!

Taco Diner Treat

Chelsi, Gayla and I caught up over dinner at Taco Diner tonight. While it was enough of a treat to just spend time with them, it was even better with one of my favs ..., the De Los Cabos (think Parisian-Mexican guac-cobb salad, mmm.)

What an amazing experience! I am truly grateful & blessed for having spent the past week with each of these incredible girls. From zip lines, horse rides, paint ball & ropes courses to a water park with lazy river, mountain bikes, zany games & pamper camper time ... Allaso Ranch really has it all! But, above & through all this runs a strong current of amazing change that happens in the lives of these children through FC's solid Christian curriculum & leadership.
